Coronavirus Pickup & Drop off Protocol

Due to the pandemic, I have developed a safe and effective pickup & drop-off protocol to ensure we never physically come in contact. In order to ensure the safety of everyone, including those who are unable to get the vaccine, I only offer no-contact pickup and drop-off options. I have elderly clients who aren’t able to be vaccinated, so I have to maintain these restrictions for the foreseeable future, whether you’ve been vaccinated or not.

No-contact & remote options work very well. It’s rare that I see a problem I can’t fix either remotely or with pickup and drop-off service. Need help setting up your printer after you get your computer back? No problem. I can remote in and work just as easily as if I was sitting in your office with you!

Simply give me a call and we’ll set up a time for you to drop your computer off. I’ll give you a call with the results of the diagnostics and after the repair we can handle payment over the phone and set up a time for no-contact pickup.
