I’ve been to many computer repair places in the past, but none of them have given me the one-on-one attention that Austin does. He works from home so he’s able to actually give you time and explain things to you. My computer wouldn’t turn on and I was terrified that I had lost everything. I’m embarrassed to admit it but I hadn’t backed up my data in years. Austin really knows his stuff. I had a very complicated problem that three other shops weren’t able to figure out but Austin had it figured out in a couple of minutes! Austin had enough experience to know exactly what was wrong with it while the other shops and the “geeks” didn’t have a clue.
