It’s very simple.  Just give me a call and I’ll set up an appointment for you to come in.  I’ll run the diagnostic while you wait.  It typically takes between 15 and 20 minutes.  During that time we’ll discuss your individual computer needs.  We’ll find out exactly what’s wrong with the computer and how much it’s going to cost to fix it.  If it turns out that it’s not worth fixing (it’s too expensive to repair, doesn’t meet your needs any longer, etc.), I’ll take it in on trade for you and get you into another computer.  I sell hundreds of computers each year.  Each computer is professionally refurbished and comes with a warranty.  I’ll transfer the data from your old computer and I might even be able to give you some trade-in value for your old desktop or laptop!
